Portable Infrared Laser 3D Scanning
The INSPIRE 2 3D Scanner is a compact yet powerful handheld scanner developed for accurate digital capture of real-world objects. It integrates dual-camera infrared structured light and infrared multi-line laser technology, allowing users to capture detailed geometry and textures with exceptional precision.

With single-frame accuracy up to 0.05 mm and precision up to 0.03 mm, the scanner can produce high-quality digital models suitable for design, prototyping, and reverse-engineering workflows.

The scanner also supports volumetric accuracy of 0.05 mm + 0.1 mm × L (m), ensuring consistent results when scanning larger objects or assemblies.

Dual Scanning Technologies for Flexible Capture
INSPIRE 2 provides two scanning technologies to adapt to different scanning scenarios.

Infrared Multi-Line Laser Mode
The scanner projects 11 parallel infrared laser lines, enabling fast scanning of dark or reflective surfaces without requiring scanning spray. This mode can achieve scanning speeds of up to 90 frames per second with GPU acceleration.

Infrared Structured Light Mode
The structured-light mode is ideal for face, body, and feature-rich objects, enabling marker-free scanning at up to 18 fps.

These two scanning methods make INSPIRE 2 versatile for a wide range of 3D capture tasks.

Capture Small to Medium-Sized Objects
The scanner supports objects from 20 × 20 × 20 mm up to 2 × 2 × 2 m, making it suitable for scanning mechanical parts, sculptures, product prototypes, and human subjects.

Its working distance ranges from 200–400 mm indoors, providing flexibility for capturing objects at different scales.

The device also features 1.5× and 2× optical zoom, allowing the scanner to focus on fine details when capturing complex geometries.

Wireless and Mobile Scanning
The INSPIRE 2 supports Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, enabling wireless scanning workflows using mobile devices or laptops.
